OR

B.Tech degree in Planning from a recognized institute/university with two years of experience in the field of Town Planning under a qualified town planner

(ii) Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard
Age Limit> General – The candidate must be between 22-42 Years old as of the last date to apply.
Relation for some category
> SCs (Haryana only) – 5 Years
> LBCs (Haryana only) – 5 Years
> PwD – 5 Years (Maximum 52 Years in case of other relaxation applicable)
> Wife of Military personnel who is disabled while in military service – 5 Years
Widowed or legally divorced woman provided she has not remarried
Judicially separated women residing separately for more than two years from the date as prescribed for the purpose of age for applicants of other categories – 5 Years
NationalityA candidate must either –
(i) A citizen of India
(ii) A subject of Nepal / Bhutan
(iii) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India
OR
