The Assam Urban Knowledge Hub (AUKH) is a new initiative of the Department of Housing & Urban Affairs, Assam. AUKH is a knowledge centre that will provide support to the government in planning and implementing urban development projects.

GMDA, AUKH Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
There are different eligibility criteria for the three different posts. The datails is shown in the tables below-
Eligibility for Junior Level Planners

| Eligibility | Should have clear concepts of physical planning, Assam Unified Bye-laws 2022 Assam Urban policies, Assam T&CP Act, GMDA Act, clarity in the concepts of ToD, TDR, TPS, LAP, Land pooling, etc. They must have excellent skills with MS office, especially PPT/Excel/Word. Additionally, the knowledge of GIS and or drawing software shall be an advantage. |

AUKH Recruitment 2023: Selection Process
Lets understand the process of selection for these poste. The candidates will be shortlisted from all the applications.
- Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed for the above positions at the Assam Urban Knowledge Hub.
- The interview may be conducted online or offline, depending on the candidate’s preference and the convenience of the interview panel.
- Candidates who prefer to be interviewed online will be provided with a link to join the interview on a video conferencing platform.
- Candidates who prefer to be interviewed offline will be invited to the Assam Urban Knowledge Hub office in Guwahati.
- The interview panel will consist of experts in the field of urban planning and development.
- Candidates who are shortlisted for the interview will be contacted by the Assam Urban Knowledge Hub recruitment team.
